Brigitte Kruse comes from a long line of auctioneers. She is a fifth generation auctioneer from the esteemed Kruse family who played an essential role in starting the commercial auction business. Brigitte is also the first female auctioneer ever to be recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records!

Brigitte first began her appraisal career when she was just 16 years of age, learning about appraising heavy and energy equipment. She undertook field training all over the world. Brigitte has an MBA and GPPA. Brigitte travels worldwide and speaks five languages; English, Spanish, Mandarin, Russian and Armenian. In 2011, Brigitte attended Kruse Auction Institute and has been a lead auctioneer selling real estate at auction for over ten nationwide real estate firms including Keller Williams Realty, Coldwell Banker, Windermere Real Estate, Gotham Properties International, Inc and HomeSmart Professionals. In addition, Brigitte has conducted benefit charity auctions for NBC, Autism Speaks, Make A Wish and over 500 other organizations.
Graduate Personal Property Appraiser, USPAP Compliant
Brigitte is a graduate personal property appraiser and is compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Brigitte specializes in personal property, jewelry, coins, antiques (particularly Asian, Russian & French), Faberge, enamels, art, furniture, designer clothing and shoes, abandoned property appraisals and eviction valuations as well as heavy and commercial equipment. Brigitte is also known for her “What’s It Worth” events where she offers on-site valuations of antiques, collectibles and other items in an exciting party atmosphere.
