The Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) is the certification for ethical and performance standards for professional appraisal services within the United States. USPAP is updated every 24 months to allow appraisers to have the information and knowledge required to deliver an opinion regarding the current value of an item in as unbiased a manner as possible.
